Trustees and Governors

Strong governance is key to the success of our schools, to provide strategic leadership, oversight of financial and academic performance and to challenge and support the headteacher and senior leadership team.

Each school in the Trust is led by its own leadership team and local governing body, who have the backing of the Trust to help them achieve their objectives for their school.

As a school governor you can make a real impact on a school’s success, supporting children and young people in your local community; applying your knowledge and skills to ensure the school does the best for all its pupils; and learning more about aspects of education you find interesting and gaining experience that can positively impact on other parts of your life. No particular qualifications are required and support and training is provided.

If you are over 18 years of age, and are willing and able to give time and energy to the role, you could be just the person we are looking for.
If you wish to be considered for a position as a governor at any Trust school, please email Karen Hill, Clerk to Trust Board,
