The Trust provides a professional centralised HR service which includes all aspects of recruitment and induction, payroll and pensions, managing and supporting staff absence, performance management and capability, resolving HR and employee relations issues. We work with managers and staff to promote employee health and wellbeing and offer guidance on strategies to reduce staff absence.  We produce staff related policies and offer training and guidance to managers on a range of HR related issues to build knowledge, confidence, skills and resilience within the line management structure.  

The HR central service focuses on people, systems, processes, policies that are aligned to the Trust’s objectives.
