School Improvement


The Trust has developed research based strategies to facilitate school improvement. A peer review programme is in place across all schools, with short medium and long term action plans drawn up following each review. A unique teacher development programme has been developed for all teachers to engage in action research across all phases of learning.

The Trust also commissions subject experts to support moderation across all phases of the Trust. We have developed a trained team of coaches to support teacher improvement and have shared principles to improve the quality of teaching and learning.

As a Trust we use INSET to share aligned pedagogical concepts, and engage with national experts to train and inspire our staff.
